Josie was a powerful, active and loving girl, who was a people-pleaser through and through. This beautiful girl with a dark-red coat was 100 percent golden retriever--with an emphasis on the word retriever. She loved to fetch, chase squirrels, run and she really enjoyed agility. She will be missed.

Josie loved fetching tennis balls, especially when they were in the lake.

She soared like an eagle off the dog to beat the other dogs to the coveted tennis ball.

Teaching a little one how to sit.

And how to soak up some rays.

Josie earned her Open Jumpers title October 26, 2001. She earned her Novice Standard title on April 13, 2002.
